IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM PENSION SEVA PORTAL

1. PENSION REVISION @50% W.E.F. 10.11.2023 FOR RETIREES UP TO 11TH BPS

2. PENSION REVISION OF 12TH BPS RETIREES W.E.F. 01.11.2022

• Up to 11th BPS Retirees: Revised pension @50% applicable w.e.f. 10.11.2023 has been/ being paid to all the eligible pensioners in the month of March / April 2024.

• In case of any anomaly/ non payment etc. data is being rectified by the
respective Circle PPG Departments and shall be processed in due course.

• 12th BPS Retirees: Pension revision at 50% in 11th BPS pay scales w.e.f.
10.11.2023 have been done and already paid in the month of March 2024.

• Salary arrears for the period served after 01.11.2022 to the date of retirement have already been paid in the month of March 2024.

• Pension revision at 12th BPS pay scale for the period from 01.11.2022 to
09.11.2023 during which 40/ 50% pension computation remains effective shall be processed after receiving approval from the DFS-GOI.

• Provident Fund, Bank and member’s contribution have been credited into
respective PF accounts as part of supplementary PF processing exercise.
Crediting the same to members pension account is in process.

• Ex-gratia for pensioners introduced in 12th BPS/9th Joint Note, for retirees up to 11th BPS will be paid subsequently, after receiving clarification from the IBA and operationalisation of the functionality in HRMS.

• Revision of pension for family pensioners who are getting full family pension (@50%) is in process and shall be paid in May 2024.

• Inclusion of PQP & FPP in computation of pension for 7
th bipartite retirees w.e.f. 10.11.2023 is in process and shall be paid in the pension for the month of Mayn 2024.
